When will teams go back to home whites?
Watching the Canucks and Wings game tonight I was wondering when the NHL would go back to having teams wear their home whites at home once more. I may be wrong but when the new RBK jerseys were designed a few teams including Vancouver and Dallas both put their city names on the front of their dark jerseys thinking that the league would move back to wearing white at home. Does anyone know when the NHL will go back to wearing white or light sweaters at home again?
Okay, I won't pose this as another question so I'll just add it as a comment but I'm not sure if the person in charge of the music at GM Place is a Wings fan or not seeing as they played Detroit Rock City by Kiss just after the puck drop tonight. I can see that if they were playing at the Joe but not in Vancouver!
I don't think they will go back to the white jerseys for home games because the home fans like the colors that the new home jerseys have. The white jerseys were a little boring and the new jerseys add more color.
